Payment Options
Full payment is due at time of service.
We accept cash, check, credit or debit card for payment of
services rendered.
   
Insurance
We gladly accept most major insurance
plans including Delta Dental. We
do not participate in “managed care”
insurance programs. We have found that
it is not possible to do so and be able
to provide you with the quality care you
deserve. However, as a courtesy to our
patients we will gladly process your
insurance claims. Please bring your
insurance information with you on your
first visit or if any changes may
occur. Insurance benefits generally
cover only a portion of the total cost
for treatment. We ask that you pay your
estimated portion of the bill at the
time of service. Feel free to contact

Financing
We are now offering Care Credit.
This is a credit card exclusive for
health care services. You can get
approved within minutes right here
